“There was loud music by my room so I ask to go to another room got to that room it had not been cleaned so I went back to the office and ask for a refund and the manager was very nasty to me how I have to wait 10 days for my refund I was also told that the pool was not open it had not been open for years I would never recommend the hotel to my worst enemy it’s nothing like the website shows I will never go there again I would sleep in my car .”

“Clean comfortable rooms. Breakfast was good. Evening staff was friendly. One tv in one of my two rooms i rented was not working. David was not customer friendly at all. The rest of the staff was amazing!”

“Lightbulbs were out in the room and the batteries didn’t work in the remote. The run had an odor.”

“Room was extra clean! Bathroom in particular. Hampton Inn beds never disappoint. So cozy. Very quiet location. The breakfast was so much more than just 'Continental'. You can chose from excellent cheese grits, self made waffles, assorted melons, yogurt, cereal, hard boiled eggs, pre-made omelets, potatoes...and of course tea and coffee. This particular location refreshes your room every other day. Would have been a nice touch if they had explained the afternoon we checked in. There is a notice...

“You get what you pay for. I was looking for a quick, cheap place to lay my head. I found it. The only thing that felt truly clean was the bed linens and the stained towels.”

“Really enjoy staying at Holiday Inn Express. My kids loved the hotel and enjoy the pool. Sadly, I couldn't book one more night my kids were sad. I will highly recommend Holiday Inn Express & Suites Milledgeville GA”
