“Overall ok. I really didn’t like being put in handicap room when we don’t have any disabilities. There were several weird spots in the room such as the sink faucet was installed too close to the mirror so it would not turn all the way on. The barn door wouldn’t stay closed or locked. It was also installed with horrible trimming looking like it was incomplete. For a newer building the caulking in the shower was either never there or worn out. But staff was nice.”

“Carpet in the room was torn. It had not been vacuumed. Pillow looked like it had been used. The bathroom and shower were great.”

“Once we changed rooms it was better. First room,on 4th floor, had a closet door hanging partially off and a curtain hanging off also. The room had a brown stain where it appeared the ac unit had leaked. The room was rather musty smelling. The second room, on the first floor, was much better. No Gideons Bible in the drawer so we left a Hellfighters Search and Rescue New Testament. I was traveling with my female wife of 38 years!!”
