The breakfast was awful, food was cold and no coffee, we had to ask that coffee be made by the unconcerned front desk guy. Upon check out, he said no words to us when we handed in the keys. Will not return.”

“Once I walked in to the registration area, I knew this could be a bad decision! I offered the person at the counter the conformation from you (Expedia) she replied; I don't need that we aren't connected to them! I can tell you what i got....
