“The room was pretty gross. It smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Not like someone had just been smoking in there, but like it had years of smoking and it’s embedded in everything. Walking through the property you can tell it’s not well cared for. They painted the walls in sections but there was excess paint on all door jams and signs. “Great for place to sleep and workout great for us, but there isn’t anything walkable if you are hoping to go out. A plus was that there was EV charging at the school next door. ”
