“Our journey from Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Post Falls, Idaho, was quite lengthy, especially with seven young children in tow. However, our experience at the Hyatt Inn was exceptional from check-in to check-out. Having stayed at many Hyatt locations over the years, I can confidently say that this was the best customer service I have ever encountered. Every member of the staff, from the front desk team to the restaurant and bar personnel, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction....

“Needed window coverings in bathroom. Room very clean, a fresh remodel. Older hotel that is being remodeled. Right on highway with car and train noise, but sound machine provided in room. Outside a bit sketchy, hanging wires, lumber. Room was on second floor. Appears that first floor rooms may have permanent tenants. ”

“The property is across the street from a gas station/ mini mart and there are family style restaurants nearby.”

“Loved the Suite to accommodate snacks and light meals, a separate desk to work at early when my daughter was still sleeping, and the split between sleep and awake area. Breakfast included hot eggs, hard boiled, sausage or bacon, and even a few options for gluten-dairy-free folks like us. Very clean, nice area, walkable to the LymeStop doctor.”
