“Nice room, smooth checkin. However, I prefer-ordered a breakfast to go - it was approved but no instructions about where to get it. I left at 7am and there was no one at the front desk or in the breakfast area to ask.”

“Our room kept shorting out when we plugged stuff in. It was extremely difficult having 3 kids trying to settle down and watch TV at night and it kept shutting off. The front desk staff directed us to flip the breaker ourselves.”
