“I stayed in the Chatsworth Ensuite room while away on business and it was such a refreshing change from a tired, soulless room in a hotel chain.
The bathroom is beautiful and I left disappointed I couldn't stay longer to make use of the enormous bathtub.
Homely touches like candles and real milk for a coffee means I hope this room will be available next time I travel.

Being from rural area it was difficult understanding security but destails were very good, just our lack of ability. “3 nights family stay, the gym is small but well equipped, the location is gorgeous and the housekeeping was outstanding. Breakfast is very good but could improve in terms of variety. The restaurant has a limited menu and is the same of the bar. The service was very slow in general. Wifi was fast and very stable. Excellent value in general for the money .”

“Stayed here for a night on the way to lake District. Very clean and easy to get to. Lots of other stores around it if you need petrol or a quick shopping trip. Breakfast was inclusive and good, though menu was limited.”

“Excellent overnight stay. Our room was much bigger and quieter than expected after reading some reviews. Main area had a comfy double bed with plenty of space around it, bedside units, long dressing table and large tv. There was a big dressing area with clothes storage and then a good size bathroom. Rain shower was centred in the bath so one could move freely under the powerful spray.
We ate in the restaurant and found the meals to be generous, tasty and very good value. Bar prices were also...

“My first time here, as the hotel in Derby where I usually stay was fully booked. The hotel is 1 mn walk from the train station and 5 mn walk from the shopping centre. If you have a car, there is a nice private car park for the guests. I had a single room. Room was fine to be a single, but the bathroom is very small. Also bed is not very confortable. Very good wi-fi connection. Breakfast was ok and same for the restaurant in the evening”

“The staff could not have been more helpful, I had to be admitted to hospital yesterday evening and my partner called the hotel who were so kind and understanding when it transpired that my belongings might need to be set aside.
