Hotel a Spring Hill

“The room was extremely clean and seemed brand new. They allowed us to have an early check in. It was a renovated La Quinta, and you can tell it recently opened as the Libby and conference room looked like it was still being set up. People working there were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was oatmeal packets, fruit, bagels and cereal. I was very impressed and could not complain based upon the location and the extremely low price.”

“The only thing that was less than perfect was the dirt that had been tracked in. it looked like it was the same for more than 24 hours. The cost of the snacks in the canteen area was prohibitive. No charge for coffee was nice.”

“Older hotel with new paint. Smelled like pot walking through the hall, I know that’s not on the hotel though. Breakfast was pretty blah and I think my pamper has a bigger bathroom in it then the rooms did”

“Terrible management didn’t have a physical copy of my license so they can see my address so I showed them a picture and had showed them a physical authorization work card and they refuse to check me in and could not cancel my reservation as well terrible service also place is very outdated and hot don’t recommend anyone stays there.”

“Rooms clean microwave and fridge/freezer Hard working staff, manager helps w everything Breakfast much more than ive ever experienced and good. I have had continental breakfast that was rolls, cereal very little to pick from. This motel has sausage biscuits and gravy. waffles, juices, coffee,tea, fresh fruit.”

“The breakfast was ok. The only problems that I had was the vending machines were not filled and the ceiling over the tub had mildew.”

“This place is definitely for working men that don't care at all. If you are a female I wouldn't stay here. The outside is gross. The check in area where the breakfast is supposed to be is gross. My room was ok but I didn't want to walk barefoot. Something gross on the floor. Then, I had a huge bug crawling around on the floor. I called the front desk and she was rude until she came in and saw the bug. Then she was at least a little nicer and got the bug out for me. Definitely cancelled my rooms...

“The elevator was broken. Otherwise great stay.”

“When I arrived late at night, the desk staff gave me a key as usual. One elevator was clearly stuck and there was a crowd so I waited 10 minutes to get to my room only to find it would not open. After trying for 5 minutes (checking my key worked on another door, throwing my body weight into the door twice, messing with the handle), I go back downstairs and there's no one at the desk. I have to wait another 5 minutes for someone to return, and they tell me the particular room they assigned me...

“Site was under destruction, parking lot and entrance was full of destruction debris. Room and hallways were nauseating full of paint odors... couldn't hardly breathe. Had to open a window and try to get fresh air inside.”
