“There was supposed to be a shuttle to the airport. I scheduled it upon check in, however at 5 am I was informing they had no driver. No solutions were offered. I booked this hotel specifically for the shuttle service”

“Room needs some up grades. Carpet had stains and tears in carpet. The tub drain was clogged, When you used the shower there2 ft of water in the tub. Potentially dangerous situation.”

“A budget stay for those that could use it. The staff was courteous and respectful. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast, went off-site to explore locally. The beds were not very comfortable. We had two Queens. One bed was super soft, the other was super firm. Pillows under-stuffed and flattened immediately. Again, great for those looking for a budget-friendly stay. ”

“The room was clean, but the interior definitely needs updating & remodeled. There was also an issue with a refund due because of miscommunication/poor communication between the late night desk attendant and the morning desk attendant. Was my first visit to a Red Roof Inn and also my last.”

“I booked this hotel because of the extremely high ratings and glowing reviews online, but after staying here, I honestly do not understand how it earned such positive feedback. My experience was disappointing from start to finish and I would rate it closer to a 5/10 at best. The hotel felt outdated, worn down, and poorly maintained. Breakfast was very mediocre with an extremely limited selection and no hot food items at all. Calling it “complimentary breakfast” feels generous because it was...

“Housekeeping just came in and emptied the Trash, did not change the sheets or made the bed, or even wipe down the counter.”

“Parking was horrendous and i was double charged and when speaking to a manager she was super nasty about it. I wanted to speak to someone above her and she smiled and said she was the only manager there at the time. I would stay in a tent before ever staying there again”
