“My flight got delayed twice and I arrived late at the hotel but they still waited for me. This is a nice hotel to spend a few nights in and there are also a lot of good food options walking distance. It’s also a few minutes from downtown and allowed me to go to work easily. The only thing I would improve is the breakfast menu, it’s not too bad but could be better, especially the bacons. ”

Updated bathrooms, exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows. I will always stay here when I visit the Indianapolis area. 10/10. ”

“We made a last second reservation after not being abke to find anything in Indianapolis. Turns out it was a great choice! The Royal Motel isnt fancy, but its clean, quiet and felt safe. The staff was friendly, and cleaned daily. We stayed for most of a week and had no complaints. If youre in the area this is a good choice.”

I picked it because I thought it would be great for a dog, (and it is!), but we got so much more comfort than expected! This is a gem of a find. Just hope it’s hidden enough to be vacant the next time I need a place in Bloomington. ”

The amenities were excellent too.

That’s fine with me! The room is clean. The bathroom was pretty much spotless which is all I need for one night. If you want a clean room and easy access to outside, this is the place for you. It’s about 2 miles from Brown County Park. ”

The hallways were huge, but very warm. Although I can see it would save a tremendous amount of money not to air-condition them, especially since you're only in the halls for a minute or so between the elevators and hotel room.
