“Peaceful location in the country just minutes from Spencer. House has been renovated and it's clear the owners take pride in it. Lots of interesting features in decor and lots of beautiful wood. Owners made themselves available for any questions we had. Owner even stopped by to make sure we had access to basement if needed because possible severe weather was headed our way. We plan to stay there next year when our family reunion rolls around again.”

“Captain Bill's Guest House was a wonderful choice for us. We wanted to go hiking at the various state parks in the area and there were several excellent ones nearby. After a full day of hiking we were able to go back and relax by the pool. I have never seen a more beautifully landscaped pool area. It was truly amazing! “Check in was very easy. Location was super close to the waterfall and it’s beautiful. The property is well kept and the room was well stocked. If you’re showing at C bar C it’s an easy 15 minute drive away. The only downside is that the walls are very thin and you can hear even quiet conversations from the room next to you. Unfortunately my Friday night neighbors must’ve had too much to drink, a symphony of vomiting from 4-730 am. ”

“My friend and I met in the Indianapolis area for a girls weekend when she had a conference - and it’s halfway for each of us. We booked this due to value/price and wanting to try something different. The falls and surround area are amazing - make sure to see the upper and lower. The owners are great in communication and made access easy. The rental itself was clean and provided everything we needed. It is not Indianapolis adjacent, which it doesn’t claim to be, but the driving didn’t bother us....
