There are little details, little amenities that make it feel like some cares- The motel room coffee station was well stocked with coffee bags and a variety of caffeine and herbal brand name teas. “The fire alarm went off about 12-20 times in the middle of the night! There was banging and hollering going on half the night and I had to walk through clouds of pot smoke to get in the door when bringing in my luggage. I stayed here because I had a good experience a year before, but this time was much worse. I just wanted a quiet, comfortable place to sleep for the night for our college visit. “Do NOT reserve a room here. They are crooked! I only had this room to sleep & take a shower. I used it to bresk up a very long drive. Im the kind of person that cleans up a hotel room when leaving, throwing all trash away,towels in bath tub etc. I had to leave very early next morning. “This is a historical, rustic setting; which I like. The room was spacious and had kitchenette.(which we did not need). The rooms were clean but the toilet seat was loose and moved around. But mainly the bed was as hard as a rock. So uncomfortable. Neither one of us could sleep. We did not discover this until we were back late from the concert.
