“Such a unique property. Nestled amongst the gullies and gardens, you wouldn't realise that there are any other villas on the property. The villas are so thoughtfully set out, very opulent and luxurious, everything you need for a romantic getaway right down to champagne bucket and ice machine! Instructions for facilities and appliances were really well described, and the cleanliness of the villa was spotless. Could not recommend more highly and we are looking forward to a return visit! ”

“What a great historical hotel in the heart of Ballarat. The room was up to date and the staff was helpful with our luggage. We ate in the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious and the service excellent. There was no problem with parking on site, especially upon our late night return from the Sovereign Hill Aura event. ”

“The escape villa is beautifully designed, with plenty of natural light and stunning tree views. The fireplace is a true centerpiece—gorgeous to look at from anywhere in the villa, while also providing excellent warmth and comfort. The open-plan jacuzzi is another highlight, perfectly positioned to take in the views. Both the couch and the bedding are very comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. A couple of small areas could be improved: the TV reception wasn’t great, and some of the bathroom...

“Purtroppo sono arrivato alle due di notte dopo un viaggio in macchina di oltre otto ore...ero consapevole che l'hotel non aveva una reception aperta h24, ma quando ho avuto la possibilità di guardare la mia posta, con sorpresa invece di ricevere il codice della cassetta per fare un self check-in mi sono trovato un messaggio in cui mi si chiedeva l'orario d'arrivo e mi si comunicava che la reception chiudeva alle 20:30! “Do some crazy traffic jams in Melbourne we arrived after 9:00 PM, which was their office closing time. Thankfully, the instructions for finding the room and the key had been clearly explained to us over the phone, which we really appreciated. It was a cold, miserable night—but walking into the room felt like such a warm welcome. The owners had thoughtfully turned the heaters on ahead of our arrival, and that simple gesture made all the difference. It was a lovely way to start our stay. ”

“The Bell Tower Inn was just fantastic! The room was very clean and tidy. The staff were amazing and friendly. The biggest draw card for me was the indoor pool which did not disappoint at all. I swam for a few hours. Very clean and tidy. Thank you Bell Tower in for a lovely stay. Will definitely be back. ”
