Guest house in Victoria

“Comfort. Elegance. Luxury. These three words best describe this highly curated King Valley property. Staying here for two nights of relaxation and rejuvenation after four weeks of road travel around Tasmania and Victoria is worth every dollar, and is a perfect self-care indulgence. I will be saving again in the next five years for another pampering stay here when I turn 70. It is a great goal to stay alive!”

“An external power point to charge PHEV etc cars would have been nice. Some minor faults that needed attention, but nothing major. Lovely surroundings, a very peaceful place to stay and recharge, strongly recommended.”

“Nothing to critique”

“Tania the new owner went out of her way to help us. ”

“Not awful but you just need to be aware of the shortcomings which are not really clear in the listing. Rooms have no windows and thus no natural light or ventilation. Walls are paper thin and the accommodation is part of a diving school so there is loud noise from about 6.00am with people upstairs walking above, doors slamming and people talking loudly in the hall. We could actually clearly hear some people facetiming in the common room one afternoon. Great location though and the staff (Hanna...

“It’s okay. There’s no internet connection. TV is even working.”

“The room was exactly as showed in the pictures: small but cozy and very clean. The area where the hotel is located was just ok; restaurant, pharmacy, cafes etc are ten minutes walking and the area seems safe. Checking in was pretty easy has they send you a code by message how allow you to have the swipe to enter in the building and then in your room. And check out is equally easy ad right at the left of the thing how give you the keys you'll find a box where to return the keys on the check out...

“I booked a 2 single bed room on Expedia and the hotel gave us 1 queen bed. There was no soap in the room (for the sink or shower), no hand towel for the sink, and the milk in the fridge was expired. Not worth the price”

“Vicino al parco nazionale e lungo l’oceano road. Struttura nuova, silenziosa, molto comoda e accogliente.”

“Loved the old inn on a beautiful avenue close to the main street.”

“It was ok but by no means the quality I would have expected. The room was cold and I had to ask for a heater. The first 2 were broken so they gave me their personal heater. That worked well. It was loud there. The piano they played was extra loud, the divide between the rooms was thin so I could hear everything from the room next to me and the people outside my window were loud. The bed rolled around easily so I had to be careful not to bump it much when getting into it. The bed itself was...

“Everything was perfect. Friendly and kind.”

“Needs to be maintained more. Bath not ideal for older couples. The room was very dark and poor lighting.”

“The property was clean throughout and comfortable place to stay. Great kitchen for long stays although a bit light on for plates and cutlery on 3 dinner plates! Walk in shower and hot water was awesome shower head fitted with a LED temp sensor in which was a great idea have not seen this before in accommodation anywhere Handy washing machine and dryer if needed Bed was comfy not 5* or like home but you get that linen was clean towels were soft Large tv in lounge dining area plus little out door...

“Very nice clean comfortable room.”

“Close to parkrun”

“Great idea just don’t book room 3 which is where the common shared spaces are. Noisy unless you feel like socialising. ”
