“Stayed one night and we were satisfied with the property.”

“We checked in and there was a deposit that you had to put down for their snack area. Didn’t know anything about it. I paid it right a way, but when I checked out, I have to wait 3-5 days to get it back. The pool was dirty, it needed to be skimmed out and brushed.”

“The Texas waffles and coffee were good. The other options like eggs and sausage were ok. They only had one burner for sausages and it was piled up high, which made the heat to the meat inconsistent. ”

“When I checked for a week and payed CASH IN TOWN FOR A MILITARY EVENT AT LACKLAND AFB DRIVE 25 hours, NO ONE INFORMED ME IF I HAD TO LEAVE EARLY I NEED TO GIVE A NOTICE OR THE HOTEL WOULD RETAIN A FEE OF 129.00. It just not a way to handle playing customers of over 25 years!”

“Felt so lucky we chose Omni to stay at for our San Antonio trip. It was the perfect location on the river walk, the staff at the hotel were all SO friendly and kind, and the coffee shop and restaurant were both wonderful. They were able to accommodate early check in for us and provided a fan on request. I would recommend anyone stay here as we had such a lovely vacation.”

“Bella struttura d'epoca lungo il River Walk, in posizione centralissima per raggiungere a piedi tutta Downtown. Buona colazione, e apprezzatissimo l'ottimo happy hour complimentary dalle 5.30 alle 7 pm, che fa da cena. Comodissimo il parcheggio coperto dell'hotel, con accesso direttamente alla hall ed ai piani.”
