Hotel a Surfside

“Clean, spacious, and modern room that was very comfortable for our stay. However, the property feels more like an upscale motel than a full-service hotel. There is a pool that looked clean and family-friendly, though fairly basic rather than resort-style. Check-in and check-out were fully self-service, which was convenient, but there were no visible staff onsite, so it lacked the service and atmosphere you’d typically expect from a hotel.”

“The Bower was the perfect getaway from the daily grind for a few days. The property was easy to find with ample instructions and maps. The accomodation itself is stunning! Each Bower is slightly different, we had the Gold Bower. We stayed for 3 nights which was perfect for a short trip. Inside the styling is minimalist yet cosy, it was just cool enough for us to have a fire - which was ready to go on the first night and enough timber stacked for our stay. “Nice 3 bedrooom holiday home, spa was good size and worked well, air con wasn’t too effective didn’t get to bedrooms so they were very stuffy ”

“Following the front desk recommendation ate at the excellent Chinese restaurant in the building. Afterwards enjoyed a relaxing walk along the beach front. The only disappointment was that the lift became non functional during our stay. Staff were very helpful though and carried our luggage down three floors on our departure day. The issue was actioned quickly by staff, but repairs were delayed while waiting for a replacement part. ”

“Lovely people especially katrina and the whole family.one thing i will request is should have two pillows each person cause its normal wherever you go and stay .as we have our small accommodation business too .but ovet all i recommend the place for sure we will come back .thanks Katrina .. ”

“We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which was absolutely huge. We only stayed 2 nights so didn’t require them but we loved that it had a small kitchen, washer & dryer. ”

“Our only (minor) concern was that the toilet/bathroom door - while beautiful to look at, didn’t offer much in the way of privacy or sound-proofing. That would not stop us coming to stay again”
