“Friendly arrival, my upstairs room was clean, spacious & well appointed. I was travelling for work, so the short walk to the great pub, restaurants & cafes was the perfect distance. The restaurant/cafe is only open for breakfast & lunch but I enjoyed a coffee & cake, lovely friendly staff & good upstairs view over the water.”

And I can't believe the hot showers are STILL only 20cents for decades!! “Joel very helpfully arranged for a late check in for me in case I arrived after reception closed, which I was very grateful for after staying at a hotel that I was locked out of when arriving at 9pm, even though I’d called ahead and arranged for a late check-in. Joel’s competence in giving me a late check in was very much appreciated.”
