“The condo is gated and so very private. The area is nice and quiet away from the bustle of downtown but easy to get downtown. Lovely interior. Full kitchen was nice to cook in. ”

“This place is great! The complex is gated with parking and a pool and is right in the center of Tamarindo - 5 minute walk to the beach. The rooftop isn't as nice as it could be the inside of the house is perfectly set up with beds, bathrooms, laundry, and a well stocked kitchen. During our stay we looked at a couple potential vacation homes to purchase, and if this place had been on the market, we would have bought it. We joked that the only problem with the property was that the gate is manual...

“The photos are no lie: the views are sensational, straight from a postcard. The house is nice. In good shape. Beds were very comfortable. AC worked fine. Having two washers and two dryers was a huge bonus, as we were a big crowd. The pool was FABULOUS. Beach just a short walk away. Beach towels were provided. Supermarket right around the corner (3 min walk) for general needs. Restaurants galore around you. We recommend Tabu for a nice lunch and fun drinks. Also a minute away is El Mercadito...

“The property is very nice and somewhat secluded from the hustle of Tamarindo. But not too far, walking distance to the night market, bars and beach. If I can give one tip. Leave the lock box outside on the gate since it is used for other properties as well. Enjoy your stay here!!”

“I loved my stay at Pinilla Highlands. The views are amazing and the pool was perfect for a dip or to swim laps. The staff, Yuri, Hazel, and O'Neil, went out of their way to make sure your stay was perfect. It was so calm and serene. I went there to heal and received so much more than I ever would have expected. I went to various beaches most days. The only negative would be the dirt roads to get to Pinilla Highlands. I highly recommend this wonderful place to stay!!!”

“This condo is beautiful. Amazing furnishings and stocked very well. The view can't be beat at the top of the hill overlooking the beach providing amazing sunsets. Recommend to have a vehicle to go up/down the hill as the road is mostly dirt road and at a steep pitch. Check out rental golf carts or 4-wheelers for fun options. The unit has its own hot water tank which like many properties is not very big. Had some cool showers but don't let that deter you from this amazing condo. The views alone...
