“Do not miss this opportunity! Antonio and Carmen are as nice as it comes, the house is amazing…the howler monkeys…the evening rain storms and the peaceful atmosphere is wonderful. The part that really sets it apart though is location. Easy to get to Liberia…other beach areas and being outside of the business of Tamarindo truly make it a vacation. All in all, a special experience. Thank you to Antonio and Carmen for making our trip truly Pura Vida!”

“Thrilled to have had a chance to stay at this property. A friend recommended it to us based on their visit last year and it lived up to the hype. Plenty of space for our family of 5 and we all appreciated the supplies in the kitchen, the plethora of towels (and robes!) and beach accessories. Jorge was a great resource and such a nice guy. The girls loved the pool as much (maybe more?) than the beach but the location of the property allowed for us to walk to the many features of Tamarindo.We hope...

“This is a great place in the forest about 25 minutes to some popular beaches. We loved exploring the area. The cabin was super clean and comfortable and the deck area is beautiful to have coffee while listening to the howley monkeys. The pool area is nicely set up for photo opps. The cherry on top is that they're pet friendly. We will stay again. ”

“This place is absolutely perfect. Right across the street from the beach, walk straight into a quiet section of the beach and perfect waves for surfing or boogie board (grab a lesson right when you enter the beach or rent some boards just a short walk down) with this location you avoid most of the crowds and sales but all the benefits of a beautiful beach. Short walk into town but driving is fine too. We were cringing over the food prices so we went to the small Amero Mercado and got rotisserie...

“I'll just echo previous reviews. Miguel was fantastic, great location outside of the Tamarindo craziness, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, soap and shampoo in each bathroom, efficient and quiet A/C and a fantastic outdoor space to stay dry during the rain and to watch the monkey "super highway" across the roof. We had a water issue the first night but Miguel was on it and had it fixed in the morning. 5 minute walk to great surfing. Tamarindo tips: rent a golf cart and bring lots and...

“Jeff and Gina did a quick approval and check-in update for us based on a sudden last minute VRBO cancellation. Their place in Tamarindo is just on the edge of town, easy short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc., and a very relaxing place to just hang out and relax. We enjoyed several games of Ticket to Ride, plenty of reading time, and cooling off in the pool out back. The best restaurant in town is just steps down the hill from the house - Fish and Cheeses. Highly recommend this...
