“This place was paradise! Exactly what we needed on our adventure filled vacation. Perfect distance away from tamarindo town and the beach. Easily walkable and the pool was to die for! I would 100% come back and have even talked about making this my bachelorette hotel and trip in the future!! So pleased with everything, highly highly recommend”

“I did not check in due to listing inaccuracies and abusive staff. The address provided was inaccurate, leading me to the middle of a road rather than the hotel. The name on the listing was "Ocean Vista Tamarindo," but the building was actually "Residencias La Colina." When I sought clarification, staff belittled me, asking why I didn’t know where I was staying. A representative refused to look at my booking and asked if I was "stupid," eventually yelling at me to return at 3 PM and "be like the...

“The location is the best thing. Two blocks or less too, The beach, the bank, the casino, the supermarket, restaurants/bars, rentals and shops. The pool is large. The rooms have a small kitchen with a bigger common one to use. Each room has an outdoor eating area and hammok. It at times felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Some things in the room are slightly outdated but the staff, location and the Mimi the kitty made up for all of it. Blue collar Neal from Alberta.”

“Eric was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was immaculately clean. The unit itself was very clean and high tech, with a great AC unit. The walk to the beautiful beach takes 3 minutes, but there's a ditch crossing along the way that might be difficult to navigate for those with mobility issues.”

“The condo has a fully equipped kitchen for cooking your own meals and starting your day with a morning coffee. The unit was very clean, loved the patio we had just outside our door, spacious with a good amount of shade during the day. The pool provided a lovely way to cool off while doing a few laps. The property is close to a couple of grocery stores/mini markets and the beach is with in a 15 minute walk.”
