“The Den is located in an excellent area, making commuting very convenient. The hotel has a distinct European influence in its design, yet the rooms are noticeably more spacious and offer more amenities than many hotels in Europe. It was a nice place to start but on our return we had a very smelly room which stank of stale smoke even though it was a non smoking room. We asked it to be fixed which it was not. The reception stuff were not as friendly compared to staff at other hotels in sri lanka and generally sri lankan people.”

It had all the amenities possible and the staff didn’t hesitate to provide us with anything required - friendly, polite staff providing excellent service.
