“We've been to Reno a few times now and the J Resort is a very clean updated Hotel and Casino. The rooms were very nice and clean. Next time we go to Reno we will definitely stay there again.”

“La camera era enorme, oltre al letto king c'era un divano, un tavolo con 4 sedie, una cassettiera con frigo, microonde e TV. La camera era un po' polverosa, con una (piccola) ragnatela sul lampadario, il bagno pulito.
Parcheggio comodo, zona ben servita”

“I loved this hotel! From beginning to end it was such a pleasant experience. The staff was amazing, the conditions of the property is top notch, the location was perfect and the food at the restaurant was something we still dream about. It was so delicious without being pretentious. ”

“Peppermill is a great property. Not much around it. It’s Reno and off on its own. But inside the coffee shop, steakhouse, sports bar, and of course fireside lounge. Always a good time.”

“We didn’t like that there was limited hotel parking and that we incurred a $15 a day parking fee. Breakfast was tasty and complimentary! We did find it strange that most housekeeping staff did not understand English. We asked for a few items and at least 4 different employees could not comprehend what we were asking for ie: a garbage bag, glasses for the room, towels, and a bathroom scale to weigh our luggage. Usually there is a scale in every fitness center of every hotel we’ve ever stayed...

“I enjoy staying at the Whitney Peak in Reno. It is unlike anything you will find downtown, they have a beautiful lobby and rooms, friendly staff, and it’s quiet and easy to navigate which I love. The locations is great too, with El Dorado being across the street, the Reno sign being right there, and fun bars close by. I am a happy returning guest here.”

“Our first room was dirty and smelly. We got another room that was on a much higher floor that was cleaner and did not smell. I assume it was a room that was used for maybe high rollers.”
“We were given a room that faced a wall. We were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary and it didn't feel special enough. I asked to be moved to a higher floor and the desk clerk upgraded us to a suite. What a awsome surprise. The buffet was great, staff was accommodating and polite. A great experience for us.”
