“We had a lovely time staying yet again at the Leonardo whilst we attend a Convention at the M&S bank Arena. The staff are amazing and so very friendly and obliging. Comfortable and clean, lovely breakfast. ”
“The apartments was comfortable and larger than expected. It had basic facilities including a kettle and coffee. The block has no foyer and the reception area was tiny and functional, more what you would expect with an apartment block them with a hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful Though not always on site. When I came back to collect my case it was unsupervised and I was unable to find any staff numbers.”

“The access to the apartment on check in was very confusing and we had to provide a security deposit outside of Expedia, at a location off-site. Felt very suspicious.
Stovetop electrical did not work with main power switch. All the switches need to be labeled- the fridge was accidentally turned off by someone in my party trying to find light switches. ”
“It was quite good value overall. Some of the flooring near the kitchen area was a bit worn and I wasn’t certain that the heating would have worked if we had needed it. One wall heater needed refixing to the wall and the riser for the shower head needs securing or replacing. Very close to train station which was good. ”
“The mattress was old and uncomfortable with no mattress protector on the bed aslo the pillows were old and stained.
The two windows had different curtains and very thin which let the street lights shine in all night.”
“This is a blatant misrepresentation of the accommodation, you assume the photo on the advert is the building but it is not. The actual building resembles a derelict house with badly peeling black paint and grubby door and windows in an unattractive area where it feels unsafe to leave your car.
The inside is slightly better but has torn flooring, wallpaper that has seen better days, uncomfortable seating, poor shower and cheap linen.

"La posizione è ottima per raggiungere a piedi tutto ( docks, baltic, one, cattedrali, ecc). Valido anche il check in e chack out da cell online bottigliette d'acqua omaggio. Letto e cudcini pero non comodissimi."
"L'albergo molto bello ma il fatto che abbia la Spa all'interno che si paghi a parte e solo con prenotazione non mi è piaciuto. Un servizio dell'albergo credo che debba essere compreso nell'acquisto del soggiorno e non a parte.
La camera, bella, spaziosa, ma in alcuni punti mancavano pezzi di moquette, non c'era una presa dove attaccare il phon in bagno.
Inoltre l'hotel ha una parte esterna che affaccia sul canale dove sedersi, ma che la sera non è possibile andare per esempio a fumare e bisogna andare nel parcheggio.
La struttura è molto bella ma per essere un 4 stelle mi aspettavo più accuratezza.

"We, me and my wife, stay here for a weekend. The Place is in the centre of the city at 10 minute foot walk , from almost everywhere. They have a warm hall when you can relax with a good drink or tea . A very nice place. "
