“I like everything about this hotel. I normally don’t do these types of reviews, but this one is well deserved. I had made a mistake and booked for the wrong date and they were able to get it fixed and taking care of very helpful. Very understanding. Definitely will go back.”

“FYI, I figured this was similar to another Sonesta location I stayed at so I was not expecting it to be more like a furnished rental. There weren't many photos to go by so it looked like the room doors were interior not exterior, which I don't prefer. Overall the room was much more than I expected in terms of space and it was a good deal, but staff never answered the phone and that was frustrating. The bathroom was small and dimly lit which made me pass on taking a shower as I only stayed one...

“We enjoyed our stay at SpringHill Suites. The staff was very helpful. They gave recommendations for places to eat and even gave my daughter a band-aid when she needed one. The room was clean and quiet and breakfast was great! We really enjoyed our stay!!”

“We enjoyed our stay the hotel was spotless, room and linens fresh. Breakfast was hot and fresh the grandkids especially loved the waffles. The staff were friendly and engaging with us and grandkids which was very nice. Unfortunately there was vandalism to some cars ours being one, but the staff Zenia and Nazario went out of their way to help us. They gave us supplies to be able to drive 5 hrs home and Nazario even vacuumed the car out so it was safe for us to travel. So besides that glitch it...
