“We were looking for a lakefront property close to Milledgeville and with a nearby boat ramp. This property fit the bill. A plus was the wildlife. We saw deer on or close to the property every day. The next door neighbors were friendly and a joy to converse with. Will return ”

“We arrived to a clean space and wonderfully roomy outdoor areas, the deck was clean and the dock was hangout ready! We had a wonderful time exploring local hangouts and coming back to the best AC on the lake was a highlight! The beds made for restful sleep, Goldilocks style: just right! Checkout was easy and hassle free!”

“The house was even more wonderful than we expected. The views were gorgeous and the house had everything we looked for. There were so many sweet little touches like mints by the door and snacks, coffee, creamer, and a s’mores kit. We didn’t get to have a fire in the fire pit this visit, but will definitely be back to try it out when the weather cools off. ”

The home also offered adequate space to comfortably sleep 8 guest.
