Resort in Georgia

“This property is lovely but some rooms are a bit dated. We understand it is scheduled for a renovation soon. We had a few issues with our room but it was handled by front desk staff. The front desk employee, Michelle, was excellent! She handled everything quickly. I would definitely stay here again. Location was excellent, especially if you are going to convention center.”

“What a great stay! Everyone was wonderful!”

“Good”

“We had a pleasant and brief stay. The staff was friendly and attentive. The cabin was spotless, and the breakfast was delicious. However, the cabin is quite old, and the mattress needs to be replaced. It sank us so much that it was difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The bathroom could also use a place to hang clothes other than the towel rack. Overall, it was a decent experience.”

“A wonderful place to vacation. Highlight was dining at Jules restaurant. We were celebrating an anniversary and they treated us like royalty.”

“I stayed at Hyatt Place for a weekend stay. The location was perfect for accessing restaurants and shopping. My concern was there seemed to be stains on the carpet near the closet and the sink that looked like blood. Because I wasn't there long, I avoided the area and continued about my stay. I probably should have brought it to the attention of staff while I was there to ensure that no one else was exposed to it. I just wasn't in the room long enough.”

“This hotel was wonderful! Perfect location, clean and spacious room. We loved the pool!!”

“Property is remote and the access roads are treacherous!! Property wasn’t clean to my standards. Fortunately we only slept there. Very few amenities.. no washer & dryer or dishwasher .. tv in living room .. beds small. Foliage was beautiful and front desk lady was fabulous!!! Extra fees were not disclosed until check in and communication prior was lacking.”

“Great location on the lake. My husband and I kayacked, fished, brought our pup along. We enjoyed sitting on the porch overlooking the lake. The owners were more than welcoming, anticipated our needs before we thought of them. ”

“Great property. They try hard to sell you a timeshare. I did the tour in exchange for discounted aquarium tickets and free valet parking. I was there for almost 3 hours. Looking back I probably wouldn’t have done that. We stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath room. It was wonderful. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We went for a concert, short walk to State Farm Arena, lots of police presence, which was comforting. Great view of Centennial Olympic Park. Short walk to attractions. ...

“Lovely property.”
