“The hotel was clean and presentable, and the outside appearance was nice. The staff at the front desk was friendly. However, the floor and the room that we stayed on smelled moldy. The room was clean, but the room smelled moldy. The carpet by the air conditioner was wet which may be why the room was moldy.
