“Disappointing pool, but amazing staff and rooms I booked this stay specifically for the on-site indoor pool, but it was a major disappointment. The pool area was completely empty, felt like it was 99 degrees, and looked dark and grimy. Housekeeping was also an issue; my room wasn't serviced until 3:00 PM, and that was only after I called the front desk twice.
