Castelli a Mars Hill Crossroads

“Very nice clean room and hotel all the way around. The rooms are cleaning sheets are clean everything was perfect as it should be. They had cookies at the front desk for biggest and they were darn good! Also the breakfast in the morning was exceptionally well and free. The waffles were killer good!! Thank you country inn I'll be there again next year!”

“Very clean and convenient location close to the Hospital”

“Overall, it was a great experience for the price. A nice clean room, a nice bed. Quiet. Not a lot of parking, but I got a good spot. I did get up at 5:45 AM. They said there would be breakfast ready by 6 AM, and by 6:20 AM there was no breakfast ready. Didn’t bother me cause I didn’t want it, but just wanted to let the Property know. But again, clean safe nice easily accessible. Great deal for the price.”

“Was very accommodating and nice area would recommend this hotel”

“Great place, courteous customer service.”

“Everything percect! ”

“Our stay was great but we had an issue checking in. The front desk person was very unhelpful. I will say she was very busy checking people in but her customer service skills were lacking. She couldn't find our reservation. I had to call Expedia customer support and have them call her. Our reservation was there but she had scrolled right on past my name and insisted I had no reservation.”
