“The bedding was extremely dirty and unacceptable. The sheets had visible hair and skin flakes on them, making it obvious they had not been changed after the previous guest. The pillows were also filthy, with large sweat stains clearly visible. ”

“The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower had good water pressure. The location made for easy access to downtown Savannah.”

“Air conditioning was right next to the bed and froze me when it was on. When not, I was hot. Room was clean, but hallways and staircases were really nasty, with food mashed into carpet. Room had poor maintenance, with rusty chrome in bathroom, missing plugs, and broken doorknob.”

“Waited 1.5 hours to check in to get the keys. Front desk staff was as incompetent it gets. ”

“Continental breakfast closed early before scheduled time. ”
