Motel a Tybee

“My mom, my kids, and I stayed here for four night last week (7/18-7/22) and we would 100% stay again. The hotel is in a central location, with a small walk and easy access to the beach. The staff was great, welcoming, and very informative about how to navigate the island and not get ran over. Our room was a deluxe suite, it was perfect for the four of us. It was clean and well maintained! The only thing negative is the air conditioning units need to be updated, I did have to buy myself a box...

We had fire ants crawling from holes near the ceiling and in the bathroom. I am highly allergic to these ants, and we ended up sleeping in our vehicle due to the smell, dilapidated stairways that had visual damage that could potentially cause serious injury to other guests or self, plus our door was opened in the middle of the night while I was in the shower and my...

“Parking was horrible!! They blocked off one end so you couldn't go through. You had to try and turn around if there were no available parking spaces. In which, the area was too small to make a safe turn around, without bumping into another vehicle.”

“Junk hotel where people who are down on their luck LIVE. Walked into the lobby and knew I was in trouble. It was filthy. Should have known better to go to the room but I did. There were bicycles everywhere and half dressed men leaning over the railing smoking marijuana hollering how nice my truck was. Got to the room and was afraid to touch anything.
