“The room was really spacious with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Breakfast was included but dinner we ate out as the hotel is large and they can't accommodate everybody. This was not a problem as there were so many restaurants in town. You do need to time the shuttle bus well though. Overall, a brilliant place to visit and really worth the money.”

“The helpfulness and customer services are top notch! Staff was willing to help in any shape and form and were very kind. The room we stayed was spacious, and had everything we needed. Breakfast and dinner were lovely (buffet) with different options between Japanese meals vs western style meal. Burger bar at the entrance is also an option as well. The hotel is next to the ski area so it is very convenient. Great hotel overall ”

We skied right out the front door, convenient ski lockers in basement every night. Loved the beautiful onsen, with a view out to the mountain and snow, fully appointed with toiletries. “色々な意見が若干不安を覚えつつ宿泊しましたが、また泊まりに行きたいと思えるお宿でした！ 良かった点 ★スタッフの方が外国の方でも日本の方でも私は満足のいく接客でした ★お風呂の温度が子供でもちょうどよく入れる温度でした。 ★有料の貸切風呂にお水とタオルがセットされていました。 ★食事の際にアルコールが飲めない人でも楽しめる美味しいお茶がや飲みのもの種類が豊富でした。 ★部屋のシャワーの水圧が強かったです。 ★洗面所の鏡が大きく取り合うことなく使えました。 ★部屋にヘアアイロンがありました。 ★ティッシュの替えが置いてありました。 少し残念だった点 ★部屋のフロントへ繋ぐ電話が使えませんでした。 ★貸切風呂のエアコンの調子が悪いのかずっと冷風で寒かったです。 ★お部屋のトイレのウォシュレットや便座の温度をこちらで調節したかったです。 私としては概ね満足のいくお宿でぜひもう一度泊まりたいと思いました！”

“While I was there, only one member of staff was manning the front desk as well undertaking other responsibilities around the hotel, but a phone was left at the front desk so you could call when you needed assistance. The accommodations were clean and comfortable and enjoyed the retro-feel. The free drinks and snacks in the lounge area were a nice touch and I loved the outdoor Onsen.”
