“Absolutely fantastic. It's beautifully decorated and very clean. The staff were very warm and kind and made my stay very comfortable. My Japanese is very limited, but they took the time to carefully explain things for me at a level I could understand, including the food. If you can get out to Tsunan (and the train there was quite scenic, so do try), I really can't recommend it enough. My only regret is that I didn't stay longer.”

“It was great experience staying at this place. Right after we went to gala Yuzawa ski came back to the hotel and dipped ourselves into the large Ofuro in the basement. Smoking was not allowed inside or well outside the house so it was the only problem me and my friends faced during the stay but all in all we enjoyed our stay at the place. Place is warm and cozy. Recommend for friends and family or in groups over 5 people. ”

“高齢の母親と二人で宿泊。事前に連絡したからかもしれませんが、エレベーターから近い部屋にしていただき、移動も苦になりませんでした。夕食は食べ切れないほどの量、朝食も品数が豊富で、お米は「コシヒカリ」食事に関してはとても満足でした。スタッフも丁寧に案内して頂き、とても満足。今回2回目でしたがまた紅葉シーズンに行きたいです。”

We provided everything we have including death certificate but the facility insisted the whole prepaid fees in full are not refundable. “温泉の露天が茶室の様な仕様と、和室からホタルが舞っているように見える寝湯がとても良かった。サウナもあるが水風呂はなかった。客室は広くてキレイでとても良かったが、4人宿泊で洗面のコッブが2つしか無かった。素泊まりだったせいか湯沸かしポットが無くて残念だったが総じて満足。”
