Hotel a Tulelake

“We got to the place and looked like it may have been ran down and closed - We rang the ring bell and nothing rang it again nothing - was a note of a window call of nobody answers ring doorbell. We called and went straight sorry the person hasn’t set up a voicemail. Ended up having to ride clear back to Klamath falls to get a room. Worst ever in history for a motel or lodge as they say. Entire time the dog chained up outside kept barking and barking by a white car assume someone was around but...

“This place is fine if you’re just staying a night, but for three nights there were a few things that didn’t work. For example, the shower water pressure was the worst Ive ever seen, to the point where it was basically unusable. The shower essentially just dribbled water out and both me and my partner had to wash our hair in the sink. There was also a dead pincher bug in the bathroom, probably due to all the water that gets on the floor. Additionally, there is no vending machine like advertised....

“The location of this hotel is great for walking distance to downtown Bend. Its very clean, modern, and perfect for a Bend trip.”

“Rooms were good. Swimming pool is heated, so one can enjoy the swim even when temperature drops to 40. Breakfast option was good.”

“The pool and hot tub were closed all 3 days. I specifically booked for the pool. I was never told, even when I asked about it at check in, that it would be closed. I asked for a discount and was told yes, but never recieved one even after a follow up call. Hotels need to be more accountable for false advertising and let people know when amenities will be closed and not available. Hotel was nice and breakfast was good, but also, it is next to an airbase that practices jet takeoffs after 9 in...

“The room was spotless and the staff amazing Very cute room, we will be staying there again for sure.”

“Check-In was a lengthy process… Male staff member was unkept…Shirt too small…sweatpants… The combo bath/shower has laminate base pealing…dark grout around lower wall tiles…Grout around The sink was dark and dirty looking… The interior walls of the microwave were rusted at the corners…Didn’t USE it! The TV setting wouldn’t communicate with the remote…Took Two visits by staff to get it to work…No channel Directory available… Door Lock Batteries died…couldn’t get into the room..Male Staff member...

“The staff was friendly but the room smelt stuffy and it was non smoking but it seemed like ppl did smoke in there. Also the bed sheet looked like it had not been changed and hair on pillows the walk ways to the room were filled of small bugs and mosquitos. Bed quality wasnt that great either. There was mold in shower.”

“There was not a hotel there. A building yes, but there wasn’t anything else”

“Conwebs and dead insects on the ceiling and upper walls. The full length vanity mirror on the bathroom removed and leaning against the wall. No shampoo in the wall bottles. Staff toes not monitor the breakfast and do not refill food items even when asked. 7 am one boiled egg left no waffle batter. 8 am still none.”
