“My room way over priced for poor insulation between rooms, no toiletries, and very dusty and dirty construction early in morning and all day. Not sure I will return.”

“Our room was spacious and very comfortable, though a little dated. The surrounding property is well maintained. Parking for the “chalets” is convenient. One minor issue for the less technically savvy: navigating the in-room TV to get basic local or network TV isn’t intuitive. To be fair, we did not ask for staff help because we had only a one night stay. Would definitely stay at Mt. Shasta Resort in the future.”

“I've stayed at Evergreen several times. Its quiet and lowkey. The owners are lovely! Starbucks opens at 5 a.m. in town - so the lack of coffee in room was solved quite easily.”

“Easy on and off the freeway while also a short walk to downtown with restaurants and shops. Hot tub was much comfie and well maintained. Building is showing its age but the essentials are well maintained. Newer AC units kept room cozy.”
