“Everything was safe, fresh and clean - friendly staff!”

“Outdoor pool was green and unusable. The suite was squeezed into a regular room. No room to walk around the sofa bed. No closet to hang anything because the frig and microwave were in the closet. One bathroom for six people. Beds were extra firm. Way over priced for a suite.”

“This casino/hotel is only a year old (as of March 2026), so everything feels clean and new. We only stayed one night on our way home in Northern CA. We've stayed in Yreka before and the hotels tend to be more noisy from highway traffic and truckers. This hotel is far enough from the highway that it's really quiet. The pool area was awesome. Several hot tubs and fire pits. Well maintained. We would stay here again. ”

“While you are updating your rooms, I was put into a room that was using the old heating system. The room was stone cold when I entered, the heater never got it warm enough. I had to sleep with my fleece vest on. There were only two electrical receptacles. Of the four outlets, three were used for appliances (good that you had those appliances), so only one plug for my stuff. Legally, I believe you need a receptacle every 6', and on every wall. Finally, the wifi kept dropping, and it...

“This inn was very personable and cozy. It’s the cleanest nicest place I’ve stayed. I’m very grateful for such a lovely stay. They had lovely attention to detail including clear signage with frequently asked questions, little jars with coffee and mugs as well as wall art and very comfortable bedding. The last place I stayed at smelled like cigarettes and feet and was more expensive per night. I’d absolutely recommend this place.”

“Staff at check-in was helpful. I had requested a room on the quiet side/away from the freeway, but the room assigned was on the freeway side. They quickly checked and found a different room on the parking lot side. Thank you! Unfortunately, the vent fan in the bathroom did not work! The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was typical and adequate. I stayed there for 9 days! Not once was the room serviced, the trash was never collected, towels never replaced!! I mentioned this...

“The floor was filthy and used soaps were left in the shower. The complex is under a tear out refurbish and old and broken furnishings were everywhere. The pool was green and stagnant. It was closed, but should have been drained. Quite the eyesore.”

“Staff was excellent. Great location, comfortable beds and nice cabin. Only had an issue with turning off a light, it was connected to the tv too. Turn off light in bedroom it turned off tv. Easy fix, just unscrew lightbulb. Also back porch light did not work, kind of worrisome. However had all the amenities needed and beautiful location. ”
