“Basic motel/camp with lovely views of the lake. Short drive to Lake Shasta Caverns and Redding, so the convenience is a big selling point. Good value for the price.”

“Basic rooms, fairly clean and staff were responsive. The refrigerator was minimum.”

“Sink was clogged in bathroom, blackout curtains were broken and allowed extremely bright parking lot light to come in. Appliances in the room, fridge, coffee maker, microwave. needed to be plugged in to use, only 1 outlet for 3 appliances. There were also many random holes in the desk, dresser and walls. We did not eat breakfast...”

“Il motel è nella media americana e sopratutto è pulito, ma mi è stata assegnata la camera per invalidi che ho trovato molto scomoda doccia che allagava tutto il bagno, lavandino basso e nessuna scrivania (cosa che le altre camere hanno). Inoltre quel giorno è stato anche un problema parcheggiare perché il parcheggio era pieno di camion dei vigili del fuoco che hanno portato via lo spazio agli altri clienti. Probabilmente con un’altra stanza la mia valutazione sarebbe stata più alta, ma ho...

“Easy to get to from I-5 going South Rooms ok and bed comfortable but no lights by bed - just overhead lights, so impossible if on person wants to stay up longer to read, etc. Major issue was with the shower and unable to regulate temperature. A mm one way or another delivered scalding hot water or cold. Very unsafe. We reported it to the desk.”

“The hotel itself was convenient from the highway, easy to get to and then a great location. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The beds were comfy, the a/c worked well, and bathroom was clean. The only issue was there were people revving their engines on the road nearby; however, if you put the a/c fan on to low it was enough to drown out the noise.”
