Hotel a Paynes Creek

“Clean room, easy parking, easy online checkin and checkout. Clise to Lassen National Park. Beautiful meadow outside of room with a creek flowing through. Mountain view. Nice tv, but I had to log in to my own Roku account to watch anything. Wifi was good. All in all a very good experience..We will definitely be back.”

“I got down to the breakfast hall about 15 minutes before breakfast was over. The pancake dispenser was out of batter. I went to notify the front desk and nobody was there. I started trying to wrestle up something else for breakfast. There was preformed scrambled egg patties, and sausage patties. The eggs were awful. So I was really hoping for some pancakes. When the young Hispanic lady at the front desk with piercings and tattoos finally showed up, I had informed her that the pancake dispenser...

“Air conditioning is taking a minute to turn on after you flip the switch labeling A/C, then you need to set the condition of the A/C cool to either low or hi, same thing to the heat mode. The unit also has it own heater built-into the wall and it is also quick to turn on with the knob. The carpet floor looks dirty and I think they need to replace with a new vinyl flooring as a longer term investment if considering $$”

“The room appeared to be clean however the bathroom needs to be updated. There is a fan in the bathroom that is extremely loud. The check in staff was very pleasant.”

“The staff was great, the hotel was very clean, the area felt safe and our room was spacious and wonderful with the exception of the bathtub. Everything else appeared to be more recently updated, but the bathtub was old and had paint chipping and was not very inviting. That is my only complaint, otherwise we had a great stay and we loved the size of the room. ”

“Staff was lovely upon arrival. My friend and I were traveling with our medical alert service dogs and our two pets. We had no issues with accommodation. They were very friendly and welcoming, had all the recommendations for restaurants! Room 207 had bedbugs. We always inspect our rooms before fully settling in and I'm glad we did. Man at the counter was quick to move us over to a different room and offered to wash our laundry as a courtesy. We didn't have any issues with the new room in...
