“Staff was awesome - location out in the middle of nowhere but a beautiful location they have a little dog area where you could let the dogs walk outside little picnic area with barbecue pits really just a nice getaway enjoyed it and those beds and pillows oh my gosh I want one of those lol and breakfast was good I had chorizo and PaPa's amazing!!! ”

“Didn’t follow requests for lower floor/ well lit area and late check out. No ice bucket in the room. Floor was filthy, ceilings were gross, just unclean. Sketchy area too. Next time I’ll pay more for a nicer hotel nearby. ”

“My new favorite place to stay! Top-tier service, atmosphere, aesthetic, and an amazing gym with wet and dry sauna. The second you walk in you will be mesmerized and enchanted by this place! Rancher’s daughter restaurant is also amazing. The food is great and the prices are fabulous.!”

“Ordered the big room with the jacuzzi tub and it was absolutely nasty. Had hair literally everywhere in it I had to scrub the jets myself, ran cleaner through the jets and drained it 3 times and still had hair coming out. Hair in the towels. Room was overall just dirty and nowhere worth the money. They were accommodating for the most part besides calling me 3 weeks later claiming that I took their green blanket. (Wouldn’t want to bring anything home from there with how dirty the room was)....

“One bath towel smelled like BO and the other smelled like a swimming pool. The shower leaked all over the floor. There's a big gap in the door so you hear everyone in the hallway and the elevator dinging all night and morning. This seems more like a 2 star hotel”

“This was a nice place to stay . I stayed for three nights and did not have a problem. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Continental breakfast was ok, eggs were fresh but a little too watery for my taste. Hotel is close to downtown Chico . The parking lot was big and it felt safe. I did not venture to walk because there was no sidewalk to the north on main highway. Overall my experience was good/ok and would stay here again if I ever travel back through that area. “clean room, friendly and accommodating staff, A/C kept room nice and cool, Denny's is right next door, Waffle house, S&S Produce Store (fresh vegetables and fruit), 7/11 among some other shops are within walking distance.”

“Hands down the filthiest motel I've ever stayed in, and I'm a purveyor of cheap motels. 1) Moldy something under the microwave plate 2) Holes (cigarette burns?) in the sheets 3) Crazies blasting bass in their cars at 5am for 45 mins 4) luke warm shower 5) a tiny bar of soap, no shampoo 6) dust and dirt and grime on most surfaces. 7) Wifi network down and nobody at the front desk for hours after 10pm The key and heater worked at least. ”
