“Great hotel. It was dog friendly, which was easy & great.”

“The restaurant on site was great. Because I did not book through Hilton, I wasn't able to get any of my preferred higher-floor options and was put on the ground floor, across from the exercise room and one door down from an exit. Makes for a noisy stay. The entry light switch had a slim light at the top that flickered and was too bright for a night light. I kept using sticky notes to try to block the light. The bed squeaked and was uncomfortable. Other than that, the stay was ok.”

“My room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and went way out of their way to accommodate anything I needed. Called for extra pillows and got them within 5 minutes. Front desk was excellent from checking in and checking out. Definitely would stay here again. I didn’t have breakfast here so I can’t answer how it was. It’s in a good location to get to a lot great restaurants and that what I did.”

“The new management has executed a very successful plan designed to make this motel very safe, clean, and welcoming. I was a little leery of the location when I reserved my room because I know downtown Chico, but I saw no indication of transients or undesirable elements. The breakfast was good, the room almost too clean (see explanation), and the staff very helpful. The only downsides were the smell of bleach when entering the room and a TV that I couldn't make work. “The check in itself went fine, I was charged the extra pet fee no problem, and was promptly put into room 118 and that lasted about an hour. We couldn’t stand the urine and ammonia smells even with the broken window wide open. I was refunded for one night, but I think they could have done better to make it right. I would NOT recommend staying here.”

“Absolutely LOVE this hotel! The property is gorgeous, the location is super convenient & the staff is lovely. This is our 2nd stay & I don’t think we’ll ever stay anywhere else in Chico. It’s been perfect both times. ”
