Hotel a Live Oak

“We were visiting in town to visit some family in Yuba City and found this hotel that was perfect for a weekend stay. The beds are very comfortable and the space and all was good. The only down fall there was is that the sink would clog up fast and when trying to see what was as in there’s it look like hairs and mold. As well seen a old molded muffin under one of the tables in the room looks like it had been there for awhile. After leaving the last day I did inform that to the front desk about...

“Very friendly and help staff. Very clean and well maintained. This is our third stay here. Will always stay here when we are in town.”

“The lobby to check in smelt SO awful I tried not to pass out from holding my breathe. The ac in the rooms are so loud. The bed was hard as a rock. We ended up leaving an hr after check in.”

“Nice, clean rooms nice bathrooms, and showers. Only complaint I would have is it’s the end of May and early June and the swimming pool was not open and it actually looked just fine but that would be my only complaint.”

If this place gets shut down, it will be because of poor management, 2/5 that I booked were infested with roaches. When I personally told the manager, she said that nobody had ever made that accusation before and if it was true I should have said something before. I kindly replied that she should come to the rooms to see for herself and she sent an employee to...

“Quiet, easy parking and no smoking room as requested. Staff was pleasant and check in took only a few minutes. Several restaurants were only a few blocks away. I will use them again when I travel that way.”

“I woke up at 2:30 am to catch Amtrak. I had challenges with Lyft the driver wouldn't load my baggage so the desk clerk loaded it for me as I could not because of my disability. He went above and beyond. I couldn't be more thankful. He also aided me with hot coffee and a warm lobby to sit in as it was very windy and cold. In one word...Kudos to you all”

“Our hotel room had no chairs, otherwise it was great. The beds and linens were fine, and there was a great shower and tub. Clean carpet. No odors. Quiet. Nice, easy, and safe location, with stores, restaurants, and shops within easy walking distance.”
