“Ants all in the room over the counter top and bedding. Had to move rooms three times.”

The place was very quiet, so it was easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Parking was convenient with plenty of space, and it felt kid-friendly too. “This place is a basic motel, clean and serviceable for an overnight stay, but not very pleasant to hang out in. It does not look as nice as the photos online. The desk staff was friendly. The positives are that the location in Grass Valley is convenient and the price is very reasonable compared to many of the lodgings in the Grass Valley/Nevada City area.”

“It was okay. WiFi was not usable in the Peach Tree room (low signal, cutouts). Breakfast was fine. There is no staff to be seen.”

“IHG/Expedia - NO HUMANS - I was unable to cancel my via the AI system. When I asked the AI if it was a human, it would only reply something like "I am a certified agent". I tried for over an hour through various chat bots. Never found a human. Was unable to cancel and get a refund. Was unable to make a complaint, even. NEVER USING EXPEDIA OR IHG AGAIN, UNTIL THEY HIRE HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE. ”

“The stairs down were a little difficult but worth it totally. The cafe below took care of all of our food needs for the two days...they were great. The rooms were clean and comfortable...I would definitely stay there again!”
