“Our stay was the best. Everyone was so friendly and the property was well maintained. Our room was updated and very clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!”

“Spark is an easy, no frills place to stay for an overnight stay. Esmee at the front desk was sweet and helpful. The room was clean and fit our needs. My only complaint is "No Elevator". The first floor rooms were full so our only option was the second floor. It was very hot and lugging our cases up wasn't pleasant.”

“This is not a fancy-schmancy hotel but it was perfect for a birder on a budget and had everything I needed at half the price of the place up the street. Well, almost everything - a blow dryer would have made it perfect! The check-in dude was funny and helpful and there's an EV charging station just down the street so I'd definitely stay here again. But think about adding blow dryers. Even birders like to look their best!”

“Room had an unpleasant smell (mildew?) but it was late and it just served its purpose on our way to Burney Falls. Breakfast was limited - no proteins.”

“Unlocking the door gives no green light and no click sound. And unless you're quick, it locks again. I was given no warning about this, so when I couldn't get in and went back to the office, manager just started a 10-minute break. Very frustrating to have to wait to get into my room.”

“There was a cigarette burn while in the bedding. Cob webs above the bed. It was dark and smelt like smoke. The motel 8 sign was blacked out using spray paint. Terrible place to stay. Would not recommend”

“Beds, blankets, pillow comfortable. Very small bathroom but it worked. Great, clean pool outside. Enjoyed swimming! Breakfast was great: scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage patties, muffins, toast, bagels, yogurt dispenser (!), waffles, juice.”

“Ac sucked, wall trim was pulled away from wall in places and had rotten wood. Food crumbs under bed and tables. And black mold in the bathroom by the toilet and around the tub and on the roof”

“The property was nice. The rooms are very cute! The bathtub is nice and deep! The beds are comfy. The staff is SUPER friendly. The only issue was the tv wasn’t working well. All in all, it was a great stay!”
