“Friendly kind staff stating if there is anything we can help you with during your stay let us know. Cafe diner fresh crisp salad.. bathroom facilities clean. Unfortunately pool access not open until May. Beds extremely comfortable. Nice touch on robes to wear. Will recommend and stay again.”

“IHG/Expedia - NO HUMANS - I was unable to cancel my via the AI system. When I asked the AI if it was a human, it would only reply something like "I am a certified agent". I tried for over an hour through various chat bots. Never found a human. Was unable to cancel and get a refund. Was unable to make a complaint, even. NEVER USING EXPEDIA OR IHG AGAIN, UNTIL THEY HIRE HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE. ”

“This is an older hotel that has been renovated and looks well kept. However there was no one at the front desk when we arrived and had to wait 20 minutes before someone came to check us in. Also, the shower in our room did not work and this was very disappointing. ”

“Host at desk was very nice. Room was clean and comfy. even the bedding was very nice! Breakfast was a typical free breakfast, kids were fine with I and even said the potatoes were good. nice and quiet. The kids enjoyed the pool very much.”
