“Excellent customer service: The staff is so friendly & welcoming, not only front desk personnel, but housekeeping too. Loved the coffee/tea bar set up in lobby area for that extra cup to go. Room was very spacious & clean complete with mini refrigerator, microwave, safe, coffee maker, etc. AC unit was a bit loud, but I usually pack ear plugs to muffle out such noise. Both at check in which was late afternoon and check out which was around 5 am there wasn’t any to be found and there didn’t seem to be anyone else checking out leaving the hotel at that time. “We were visiting in town to visit some family in Yuba City and found this hotel that was perfect for a weekend stay. The beds are very comfortable and the space and all was good. The only down fall there was is that the sink would clog up fast and when trying to see what was as in there’s it look like hairs and mold. As well seen a old molded muffin under one of the tables in the room looks like it had been there for awhile. After leaving the last day I did inform that to the front desk about...

“Definitely worth the stay because it was quiet, clean, and affordable. The staff made sure to put us with a hyper toddler over the laundry room so we wouldn’t disturb others by running/bouncing and she just did it- I didn’t even ask. My only disappointment was that the air conditioner was really loud and that caused some trouble for my toddler. It’s a window unit so not much to be done to cure that issue. We’re grateful for ease of our stay here and we recommend it to families.”

Our room seemed nice and clean until my husband took off his shoes and walked around in stocking feet. GROSS! and the carpet even seemed damp. It was disgusting! They moved us back to the first room and said it was clean, it was not some sort of sauce on the bedspread and small black beard trimmings everywhere.
