“This review will most likely never be posted. I made the reservation through a third party travel site. When I checked in I asked if AAA or AARP or other affiliations would mean a discount. I was told NO as they only provided discounts for reservations that are made directly with Granzellas and they gave me a scan code to use next time. We like the hotel and location. Next time I will contact the hotel directly.”

“A great place to stop for the night with our dog. Friendly and courteous check in. Hot water and a/c. Perfect location and quiet. We’ve used this location a few times and will use it again for the convenience.”

“Okay so. Staff were kind and friendly so I was conflicted when writing this review. I reserved 2 rooms. 1 was fine but the other smelled like mildew. We kept the bathroom fan running and the window ajar but couldn’t escape the odor. Possible the room was closed up after shampooing carpets, not sure. The bathroom did appear to have mildew along the floor at bathtub. I’m sure they would have given us a new room and in reflection, I’m not sure why I didn’t ask. Prob tired from the trip. “affordable, especially if you just are passing through and needing a place to sleep. beds are clean floor is dark and carpeted but the room didnt smell bad. They have air in the water lines though. Shower hissed and rumbled at times.”

“This was the worst experience I ever had at a hotel. Walked into the room and it smelled like cigarette smoke the toilet was not cleaned and had splatter in it. If that wasn’t enough the water did not work and was unable to take a shower. Asked for a refund and was given the run around and ultimately given a whopping 9 dollar. Avoid This hotel at all costs. There are many others to choose from don’t choose this one ”

“Room smelled like smoke and it was noisy. It was adjacent to another room through a door. I could see light from the other room under the door and conversations as if they were in my room. Very noisy and not to private ”

“Spider webs in bedroom. Iron with no iron board. Toilet stool not stable. One face towel for 3 people. No internet=no tv! Staff is nice! Food at restaurant terrible. Witnessed staff member wiping Lobby floor with towel under his shoe!”

“We will definitely come back. I got what I expected: a clean room, great location at a reasonable price. Cons: Some towels had black stains, some of the furniture was oversize in the room and our mattress pad cover had stains on it. There definitely is some maintenance that could be done to improve the property. Pros: location location location! It was RIGHT on the lake but better: the Highlands Park was a quick walk and we caught 9 fish rather quickly (we are catch and release). The room was...
