“Clean n cute, staff was very nice. Not much gor breakfast...Water pressure was not real good, the bath mirror was a little high for me n the mini fridge needed to be up off floor it jammed my toe when I opened it..”

“Front desk personnel very pleasant. Room not in excellent shape, furniture needed repair, ran out of breakfast food offerings (which were minimal) .... second floor difficult for disabled and reservation site needs option to indicate disabled ...”

“The bathroom needed serious cleaning in toilet area. Water level in tank was high before use and the toilet plugged upon first usage. They came and fixed it promptly but left rags for us to clean up the water. There was no dresser. The A/C unit was functional but was extremely noisy all night and all day. Would have been nice to have coffee in our room to drink when ever. The refrigerator/ freezer needed cleaning. Part of the wall was unpainted. We needed a trash can for the bathroom, a toilet...

“Always a great stay I have stayed here several times it is simple but the beds are comfortable the staff is nice the rooms are clean the location is convenient and it provides everything I need for a quick night stay at a good price”

“Staff provided me an unusable key, so i had to schlep my luggage back to the front desk to get a key that worked. Then i had to 2X call about noisy neighbors on the floor above me, both at night and the morning. Also, cleaners failed to clean the fridge from previous occupants. On the plus, side, the manager was very apologetic when i addressed these issues with him the next day. He even comped me breakfast as a means of making up for the unsat experience. ”

“Room was not very clean. Stains on curtains. They allow teenage parties that last until the middle of the night. Teenagers screaming all night. Hotel desk came up around three and asked them to quiet down. They still were pretty loud after. Not sure if I will book them again. ”

“Nice staff, good lake access, and clean. Shower was worst I've had. The hot water was too hot, you could not get much cold water from shower so it was too hot for my young child, and there was no shower head! Otherwise, was a good stay, very accommodating staff. ”

“We will definitely come back. I got what I expected: a clean room, great location at a reasonable price. Cons: Some towels had black stains, some of the furniture was oversize in the room and our mattress pad cover had stains on it. There definitely is some maintenance that could be done to improve the property. Pros: location location location! It was RIGHT on the lake but better: the Highlands Park was a quick walk and we caught 9 fish rather quickly (we are catch and release). The room was...
