“Stay was great. Did not need to stay the 3rd night. Checked out and the property said I need to contact you for credit/ refund. Tried reaching out thru the app, couldn't complete the message. If you can contact me or attempt to credit me for the last night would be great. Thank you.”

“I can not eat the continental breakfast, but there is a real nice Black Bear diner one block away.”

“The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy. The breakfast was decent but the coffee was not good. Staff was polite. My only complete is that the bath towels were so rough.”

“This was a great off the road hotel. We came just to sleep on our way back to Oregon and it was large and comfortable for that. Bathroom was nice with shampoo and washcloths (a bonus for me) it is not fancy but clean and comfortable for the price. ”

“The place was clean, did not see any critters. I know many people like the low price. Funny thing I slept excellent, most hotels/motels I never sleep the first night. I was in bed by 9:30pm wonderful! I would stay again.”

“This review will most likely never be posted. I made the reservation through a third party travel site. When I checked in I asked if AAA or AARP or other affiliations would mean a discount. I was told NO as they only provided discounts for reservations that are made directly with Granzellas and they gave me a scan code to use next time. We like the hotel and location. Next time I will contact the hotel directly.”

“A great place to stop for the night with our dog. Friendly and courteous check in. Hot water and a/c. Perfect location and quiet. We’ve used this location a few times and will use it again for the convenience.”

“Check in flawless and easy, room clean, spacious and temperature controlled for environment. Quiet surroundings, excellent choice of TV channels when we were in the room itself. Friendliest, most knowledgeable and patient staff with every guest who check in or out the entire time we were there. And what a tasty selection for breakfast, hot and cold, you name it! It was there and tasty!!! Haven't had this wonderful of a hotel experience in YEARS!!! We would go back in a heartbeat just to visit!”

“Katerina hotel is a must stay for those traveling to Chico. Clean, beautiful esthetic, with nice restaurant and bar amenities. Happy hour was a plus with nice food offerings and tasty drinks. The pool was well maintained and sunny. Staff at hotel went above and beyond to check in with you to make sure your stay was as comfortable as possible. Rooms were well sized, huge bathroom, and clean. Would recommend staying here - close to shopping and freeways.”

“Really lovely privately owned motel off of I5. Simply clean and friendly. In a plaza with two restaurants and a Grocery Outlet. Chevron station right accross the street, too.”

“The A/C and the refrigerator were extremely noisy. We had to turn them off entirely to reconcile our sleep and opened the windows for ventilation but we could still hear the neighbors A/C’s. The carpet is smelly too. The staff on the other hand are very friendly and helpful.”
