“Beautiful location and newly updated rooms. The owner was super friendly and helpful. Don't be put off by the outside when you drive up. They are in the process of remodeling and opening the bar and restaurant. The rooms and the view are amazing. Currently not any dining options within 10ish miles so bring your own. Come stay here!”

“Staff was terrible from the get-go not enough training was very obvious, horrible customer service, and on checkout the guy had no idea what he was doing. I forgot his name, but oh my gosh wanted to charge me for parking and didn’t give me the right receipt. He gave me a receipt for just the parking the guy was all over the place. Breakfast area was closed.”

“The staff, especially Vee, were fantastic, 5 star service. We rented the meeting room for a party and stayed the night. The event room was great and reasonably priced. Our room, an Accessible King Suite has serious issues. It looks nice. The Accessable shower does not have proper drainage, there is virtually no incline towards either of the drains. I took a 3 minute shower, and the floor flooded to the toilet, it was very dangerous especially fore a person with mobility problems. The sofa was...

“The route was poorly lit for night time check in. The water was not hot. While the staff was pleasant they were unable to give us hot water prior to our check out and offered their apologies. They should have offered a discount since on our second day we were unable to shower before our departure. I question if I would stay there again.”

“Friendly staff. Older decor in room, bathtub seemed old/stained. Check-in was smooth and allowed for late checkout. But breakfast pastries should be included for the graduation rate we paid. ”

“Quiet, easy parking and no smoking room as requested. Staff was pleasant and check in took only a few minutes. Several restaurants were only a few blocks away. I will use them again when I travel that way.”

“My stay here was great. The only issue I had was the hours of the restaurant that’s in the hotel. If they open for lunch, that would have been nice.”

“The staff was more than just accommodating, they were sweet and extremely helpful. My only concern was how incredibly dirt and messy the state of the bed and it’s sheets were. Holy moly, blood stains, and a whole bunch of other stains rid the bed. What can I say tho, it was the cheapest place to stay. I’ll definitely not do anything last minute anymore. I highly recommend spending the few extra dollars to stay at the Hilton right next door. A very good mistake learnt. 3/10”

“I woke up at 2:30 am to catch Amtrak. I had challenges with Lyft the driver wouldn't load my baggage so the desk clerk loaded it for me as I could not because of my disability. He went above and beyond. I couldn't be more thankful. He also aided me with hot coffee and a warm lobby to sit in as it was very windy and cold. In one word...Kudos to you all”
