“The home itself is cute and clean. The neighborhood was questionable. The house which was only a few feet away could see into the bathroom clearly. No privacy. There were no window coverings in the bathroom, and it was a clear view from house to house. I covered it as best I could with paper towel rolls. The light was out in the bathroom. The kitchen had an ant infestation. The small window air conditioner did not cool the bedroom at the back of the house. The train that went by blew its horn...

“This must be our 4th or 5th time renting this property and we just love it. Took a trip to Burney Falls this time which was amazing. Saw rain, snow, fog, and finally sunshine and did not disappoint in any weather.”

“We loved the ranch. It was so beautiful and quiet. My son in law enjoyed fishing the ponds while my other SIL and I went up to Mt Shasta and did some snowmobiling. The host was a great communicator as well. The dogs enjoyed running around the ranch as well. I would definitely stay here again.”
