“First I got put into a room that I have told them does not work and to please not put me in. The water pressure sucks and the fridge makes a horrible noise. Second I had to add another day cause I could not get home cause my bridge is flooded. They called twice in the morning to ask what I was doing staying again or leaving. THEN I got a later check out 11:30!!! Housekeeper knocked as she was opening the door at 11:13!! Didnt even give me a chance to answer the door. I have kids in room and let...

“There were ants in our room, including the bed and I got bit by one. Breakfast is all prepackaged foods to be heated up in 1 microwave. Did not eat breakfast because after killing the ant that bit, I kept feeling like more were crawling on me. Staff just blew it off and was rather rude. Staff at check in was slightly friendlier than morning staff, but had an attitude when I asked to let my husband sign the paperwork because my dominant arm was in a sling and the counter was too high. “Last minute reservation after riding motorcycles all day in the rain. Clean rooms, hot breakfast, and the staff was very polite and helpful.. Very motorcycle friendly. They let us park our bikes under the large awning at the front door. Will stay again if in the area”

“Anytime towels were needed we had to go down stairs and bring our dirty wet towels. Would not give us additional towels unless wet dirty ones were given back downstairs.”

“The room was ok. Did its job for a quick one night stay. The shuttle was broken so we couldn’t take that to the casino. There was a lot of noise outside of the room through out the night. There was also a lot of ants. Had to throw out the cups and some of our food. I asked for a discount, but as of yet they did not give me one.”

“We did not stay - the elevator was not working & due to health restrictions, my husband cannot walk up/down stairs. Front desk person said they had no rooms on first floor - she was absolutely NOT helpful & constantly contradicted herself. They have not refunded us in full (I paid for 3 nights), but I will continue to obtain a full refund.”
