“The cabin was cozy and the workplace met my needs. A couple of suggestions: Tissues in the room would be nice. In Cabin 3, the chairs are missing screws on the chair cushions. Can always use more hooks on the walls for hanging: towels, jackets, clothes”

“It was clean, although a little difficult to get to until you got used to the area. No clear signs from the main road to the hotel. Close to some dining options and about a mile from downtown Berkeley Springs.”

“The front desk associate was very polite and accommodating. She asked what floor and where we wanted to be on that floor. The hotel was clean, breakfast was good. They served hot and cold breakfast items. The beds were comfortable. The hot tub was perfectly hot and clean with plenty of bubbles. The warm pool was also a treat. Thank you. ”

“We stayed for two nights in a lovely cabin. We had the king bed, 2 queens, fireplace, and 2 jet tubs cabin. Beautiful location, the staff was very friendly, helpful, and gave us information about things to do and see, restaurants and markets. Clear directions to our cabin with a map of the property made our arrival pleasant.
